Time of Contract Formation

The contract is considered to be concluded upon the acceptance of the application by the company that implements the tour on each product page, the payment of the application fee by the customer, and the submission of the application form.

Payment deadline

The tour fee must be paid 21 days (11 days for one-day trip) prior to the start of the tour (hereinafter referred to as “base date”). The payment must be made prior to the date which is 21 days (11 days for one-day trip) counting backward from the day before the starting date of the tour (hereinafter referred to as “base date”). If the application is made after the Reference Date, payment must be made at the time of application or by the date specified by the tour operator prior to the tour start date.
For products that are not specified in the travel agency’s terms and conditions, such as events and experiences, payment must be made prior to participation in the tour.

The billing date for credit card payment is subject to the terms and conditions of your credit card company.

Cancellation and Changes

Please refer to the cancellation fees on each tour page for cancellations and changes due to customer reasons.
We will respond to any problems or deficiencies that arise during the conduct of the tour. However, if the tour is suspended for the customer’s convenience, no refund or alternative tour will be provided. If the same tour cannot be conducted again for reasons such as being sold out, the tour fee will be refunded in the prescribed manner.

In the event of a refund, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the customer’s bank account (bank transfer fee to be borne by the customer).
